 MSU-10
The Alice MSU-10 is a 2U rack mount unit intended to provide
a quality monitoring facility for up to ten stereo or mono line-level
sources. The MSU-10 incorporates a 10+10 watt power amplifier to drive
two 8 ohm loudspeakers, with a loudspeaker muting option allowing the
unit to be used in areas with live microphones. A headphone jack is also
provided with an independent level control. Typical applications include
monitoring different audio sources within a central rack/control area
i.e Studio 1, Studio 2, Off-Air etc.
Unity gain balanced line-level outputs permit the MSU-10
to also function as a source pre-select unit. Level meters can be either
PPM or VU. Inputs and outputs are via Neutrik XLR connectors and the mains
input is via an IEC.
