 Mic-Amp-Pak
1 & 2
The Alice Mic-Amp-Pak is an ultra low noise microphone pre-amplifier
for use where long lines need to be driven, or where conversion from microphone
to line level is required. Applications include interfacing a balanced
professional microphone to a PC soundcard, or interfacing a professional
balanced microphone to a domestic unbalanced microphone input.
Two versions are available, the Mic-Amp-Pak 1 for use with
one microphone, and the Mic-Amp-Pak 2 with two. Both feature switchable
48V phantom power and 80Hz high pass filter. Accessible presets for gain
adjustment from 35 to 75dB are provided. Housed in a convenient 1U aluminum
case, the Mic-Amp-Pak can be free standing, easily mounted into a woodwork
system, or fitted into a rack with use of the Alice Rack-Panel. Audio
inputs and outputs are via Neutrik XLR connectors and the mains input
is via an IEC.
